I worked at an organization in Andhra pradesh and recently resigned from my position. During the job interview, they offered me the role of a training manager under the RADDIS project. After two months, they provided another offer letter for the Climate Smart Agriculture project, backdating it to match the date mentioned in the RADDIS project (i.e., 17-04-2023).The Climate Smart Agriculture program did not specify a one-month notice period. However, in the RADDIS project, it was stated that a one-month notice period applies if I resign before the probation period ends. Despite being allocated and assigned duties for the RADDIS project, I only received salaries under the Climate Smart Agriculture project. Now, an issue has arisen as I’ve resigned from my position. They are requesting a one-month notice period to be served in case of resignation before the probation period ends. I have received a Show Cause Notice regarding my resignation without the notice period, and they are asking for the return of 2 months’ salary. In response to this, I am requesting pay salary consideration of my working period on the RADDIS project. They released two offer letters and paid only for one offering and I worked for both the project if want to get salary from the RADDIS what I have to do.

In the fact situation as narrated by you, perusal of the offer letter for both the projects is required to be seen as regards salary payment. the salary slips issued to you are as per the RADDIS or Climate Smart agriculture is to be seen. it is also required to be seen whether your climate smart agriculture was in parallel or you were relieved from either. Without such information from your end, it is not possible to give you the best advice for the same. Regarding Show cause notice, it needs to be replied suitably through an advocate.
As regards the salary for RADDIS project, if after perusal of the above documents and information supplied by you, it is concluded that you are entitled for the payment, then in that case, either you have to raise a labour dispute if your organisation falls under that category and claim your salary for the same.
