I have decided to file a contested divorce against my wife of 7 years (married under Hindu marriage act) as she has an unsound mind (mental torture and suicidal tendency). She has attempted suicide multiple times and i have doctor prescription indicating here mental instability and suicidal thoughts. I am about to communicate this decsion in few days .Currently i am on vacation in india but i am working in Germany and my wife has told me, if i dont take her back to Munich, she will itself fly to Munich (as she has passport & Resident permit) .
Considering her mental state and suiccidal tendency, i would like to prevent her from going to Munich , as any mishap by her in foreign land, i will be convicted , lose my job as well as get deported.
Can anyone please help me with this situation!
