Promise of false marriage and sexul contact

I was in relationship with an army officer for 1year and he promised me that he will marry me and exploited me sexually. When I got the irregular periods he afraid of that and suggested me to took some food which gives periods.after that I got periods and then avoided me. After that he denied for marraige. I called to his commanding officer he gave leave to him and again he denied, I made a case with 417,420,376.now he got bail aslo.i have all proofs,Oyo room bills.will he get punishment? What should I do now, he don’t want to marry me.. if this happen I want punishment for him

If all the documents were attached with the challan as provided by you to the police and the medical examination is conducted which shows that you are habitual to have physical relation, the chances of him getting convicted only on your statement are higher if in your cross examination you support the case of the prosecution entirely as per the version given by you before the police on basis of which the final report was filed.
