I want to know if it is legal to create or to be a part of developing team that create adult/mature video game that is published on USA based website?
It doesn’t contain any sexual violence/child pornography content and the fictional story doesn’t harm any community… fictional characters of the game is created using 3d software and doesn’t represent any living/dead human being or animal. And it is not marketed in India on any website or any other Indian platform.
Will it be legal to develop these kind of game or be a part of developing team that create these game?
