Company Not Paying Salary

Question

I had resigned from the company in January 2023 but still as on date the company has not cleared my F & F

also the TDS deducted from april 22 till dec 22 has not been deposited to government and not reflecting in my 26AS

    It is advisable to issue a legal notice to the company if the FUll and Final settlement has not taken place and the formalities have not been completed. If even after that the company is not doing the needful then you are advised to file appropriate civil suit before the district court where the company is situated.
