My car and Auto were hit by unknown car yesterday night. This UKNOWN car hit our car first and damaged the right portion and immediately UKNOWN car hit the auto and few people were injured in that auto. Immediately I have complained to 112 and police came to spot after sometime. Traffic police asked us to get the vehicle towed down to nearest traffic police station and auto was towed to police station by police. Now I’m requesting traffic police to issue a letter for insurance but they are not taking complaint saying auto is most affected and they need to file a complaint. What is the correct procedure to take car from police station and make sure no other legal issues.
