Dear sir, Greetings, I am writing this complaint against abhinav abhinav outsourcing delhi, who has taken money from me but has done nothing. Himanshu kohli from the above mentioned company has taken 85000 from me by saying that you will get Canadian PR within a year. To be honest, earlier I was not very much aware about the immigration process. But Mr Himanshu kohli kept calling me till the time I paid money to them. I told him that I do not have this amount, so he advised me to take loan, as you will easily get rid of this amount while you reach in canada. I took loan on my job and paid to them. When I transferred money via Paytm on 2nd January 2020 at 11am, they sent me an agreement to sign at 5pm on same date. When I asked about this agreement, he said it is just a formality, you will get PR within one year. He said that Canadian attorney Colin R singer will file my case, so I agreed. After that he told me to get 6.5 bands in IELTS. I got 7 bands. I booked my exam in march, but due to lockdown I got date of 8th August 2020 and gave my result on 21st August 2020. Till this time he did not even created my profile on CIC. When I asked him to do so, he said first give your IELTS. Secondly, for Canada PR, one need to get evaluation of their study. For this, he asked me to get evaluation from WES. As I have done gnm, so being an immigration consultant, he should be well informed that wes does not evaluate gnm. I paid 200 Canadian dollars to wes, which is of no use for me now. I paid money to my institutions to sent documents to wes, around 5000 rupees, which is all in vain. On top of that, when I gave IELTS to them, he said that he will file my case but are not sure for PR. So he told me that if you get your PR within a year, then good, if not then you have to pay 50000 extra to renew your case. I was shocked to hear that. Why should I pay, when they earlier told me for one year only. When I asked about Colin R singer, he said the company has broken their contact with the attorney. Then i asked him that I do not want to continue my case with you if he is not there to file, so please refund my money. He right away refused for it. I requested a lot that I have taken loan for which still I am paying and i am the only one in my family who is earning. He refused and said that he will file my case but can not refund. So I asked them in which state of Canada they will file my case. They suggested 3 states, so I told them their requirements. So they changed their statement and said you can file in nova Scotia. But nova Scotia is closed too. They said that you can wait for this state to open. I asked them I can not wait to let it open because it has not opened from June 2018 and nobody knows when it will get open. So I requested to refund my money, but they refused. They have done this with other clients. When I talked with Himanshu kohli, he said you can do whatever you want to do. When I talked with centre head of Abhinav ms Himanshi nagpal, that I will post reviews against your company on Google, she started threatening me to file legal case against me. I have her mail too as evidence. I request you to please help me to get my money back, as I am very much depressed due to this. They have spoiled my time as well as mobey. In a time of making career, they are harrassing me very much. I am from Punjab and that company knows that I can not visit delhi frequently, that’s why they are doing this.
