One flat on my joint names on me and my husband. In this flat present my in laws are staying. Can I send notice to my in laws to vacate our flat? They are requesting a one-month notice period to be served in case of resignation before the probation period ends. I have received a Show Cause Notice regarding my resignation without the notice period, and they are asking for the return of 2 months’ salary. In response to this, I am requesting pay salary consideration of my working period on the RADDIS project.
