I worked at an organization in Andhra pradesh and recently resigned from my position. During the job interview, they offered me the role of a training manager under the RADDIS project. After two months, they provided another offer letter for the Climate Smart Agriculture project, backdating it to match the date mentioned in the RADDIS project (i.e., 17-04-2023).The Climate Smart Agriculture program did not specify a one-month notice period. However, in the RADDIS project, it was stated that a one-month notice period applies if I resign before the probation period ends. Despite being allocated and assigned duties for the RADDIS project, I only received salaries under the Climate Smart Agriculture project. Now, an issue has arisen as I’ve resigned from my position. They are requesting a one-month notice period to be served in case of resignation before the probation period ends. I have received a Show Cause Notice regarding my resignation without the notice period, and they are asking for the return of 2 months’ salary. In response to this, I am requesting pay salary consideration of my working period on the RADDIS project. They released two offer letters and paid only for one offering and I worked for both the project if want to get salary from the RADDIS what I have to do.

My wife is a Kendriya Vidyalaya Teacher since 1993 on regular basis. Before joining KVS she took employment and rendered services to JNV (Lawhar Navodaya Vidyalaya) as regular teacher from 12.03.1991 to 23.11.1993. Meanwhile she applied to KVS through proper channel from parent employer JNV and received appointment letter from KVS. She submitted resignation and cleared all the dues and got NOC and finally joined KVS on 27.11.1993. She submitted the request to count her past services rendered in JNV as above duration 2 years 8 months 12 days as per the Gov. office order related to Mobility of Gov servants one organization to another after furnishing Technical Resignation. The appeal has been rejected as assigned the provision of Rule 17 of Central Civil Services (Pension) Rule 1973. For my understand this provision has no relevance as she was absorbed as regular teacher for both the organizations. Kindly see the merit of this case and suggest the course of action. Regards. The mutual consent divorce petition is filed by My Advocate in the family court. The hearing date is fixed only on June 30th 2023. My husband married another woman in before the hearing date without getting divorce. How can proceed the case?
