However, in the RADDIS project, it was stated that a one-month notice period applies if I resign before the probation period ends. Despite being allocated and assigned duties for the RADDIS project, I only received salaries under the Climate Smart Agriculture project. Now, an issue has arisen as I’ve resigned from my position. They are requesting a one-month notice period to be served in case of resignation before the probation period ends. I have received a Show Cause Notice regarding my resignation without the notice period, and they are asking for the return of 2 months’ salary. In response to this, I am requesting pay salary consideration of my working period on the RADDIS project. They released two offer letters and paid only for one offering and I worked for both the project if want to get salary from the RADDIS what I have to do.
