i have filed criminal complaint 200 crpc private complaint with evidences in the criminal court , is it a rule to send notice to the respondent side for the upcoming hearing to hear both side arguements and then process for orders

    under Section 200 CrPC on receiving the complaint and taking cognisance of the same, process is issued to the respondents accused to answer the evidence against him.
