6 months notice period

Question

I have already served 90 days of notice and the company is asking me to serve another 90 days notice period because the project is not complete.They are not giving relieving letter and experience certificate.

    If the project is not complete, the company has a right to accept your resignation. However if there are any breach of conditions by the employer, some negotiations can take place with the company to buyout the notice period.
