A plot in Gurugram of over 800 square feet was exchanged

A plot in Gurugram of over 800 square feet was exchanged for 2 flats in Gurugram, but during the transfer it came to knowledge of the plot holder that the 2 flats were not owned by party to the agreement. And the plot owner dint cancelled the exchange agreement however revoked the GPA. The current situation is that 800 square feet plot is in possession of the defendants and he has sold half of it to other person and also in possession of one flat which was originally to be exchanged. The owner of plot wants plot back and the documents given returned. Plot owner is not having title documents of any property. The flat which he received was an Independent transaction however the defendants are saying that the flat was in exchange. Registry of plot and flat is suspended. Please suggest legal remedy which is fast and precise and how can the case be filed in high court with reasonable court fees.

    You are advised to file a criminal complaint against the owner and the GPA holder of the plot for cheating you and making you believe facts which were in their knowledge to be false. further, after filling of a complaint, simultaneously file a suit for injunction against the parties restraining or disturbing your mental peace.
