action against real sister for forgery

Question

My sister and I are not on good terms. She lives with my parents and has not married and is more than 11 years elder to me. Recently she has withdrawn money from my bank using my old cheque book by forging my signatures on it. what should i do? she is living at gurgaon while i am living at bhopal. can i file a complaint here? how can i ask my money back from her legally?

    This offence fall under the forgery. By forging your signatures she had committed an offence under sections 420/406 /467/468/471 Ipc. Before filing complaint u can move application to the bank to get examine the signatures  on the cheque from govt. Labotary  with your specimen signatures. May be some bank officials be also involve in this.  Now regarding the jurisdiction of company you have to disclose where is your bank account  is it in bhopal
