Are social media posts like facebook and whatsapp statuses are admissible in family court

Question

I have filed for contested divorce against my wife in Family court and is due for 1st hearing. Ever since I and my wife had the dispute over financial matter on 05.08.2021, she has been Humiliating me so badly. She has added all my relatives to her facebook account and has been posting things that gives everybody an understanding that i have done something wrong, although the posts are not directly intending me, like my name or anything is not there. She is also sharing whatsapp statuses in the same lines and all my relatives are even taking note of that. I really feeling bad about it and i am very humiliated, depressed and not sure what can be done. Could you please help guide me in this situation. Is there a way i can take screenshots of these posts and produce in court? How can i take action for this humiliation caused and bad reputation to me. please guide.

  1. You can take screen shots of the same and use it as a corroborative evidnce to show the mental cruelty. If the posts do not have your name but the situations described are similar to yours, the same may be considered by the court to adduce if this amounted to cruelty or not. it would be admissible only for proving your arguments.
