Wife has died…who is entitled to her property?

Wife is having moveable and immovable property and she dies leaving her husband,two minor children and mother then who are entitled for her property and what is the procedure to get transfer her property in the name of legal heits

If the wife dies intestate then in such case, the property would devolve on the husband, son and daughter. in case none of these are alive then to the grandchildren. in the eventuality, there is no grandchildren then on heirs of the husband. in rare cases when none of the above are available then it is devolved on the parents of the paternal side.
As regards the procedure for transfer, you have to apply for Succession Certificate from the Area Magistrate where after the mutation can be effected in the name of the beneficiary.
