A broker has sold my uncle’s land and put my father’s name on it and has run away. Uncle’s family forcibly got my father to write our property in their name for compensation. And made case as well for sold property based on my father written his property in their name. The opponent advocate making case if my father was not involved in fraudulent property sold why he has given his property on to thier name but the thing is that they made him to write our house property on their name forcefully with help local politicians goons. In fear defame and fear of unmarried daughter , he was in shock. And didn’t contact police. Later it become point for them

Your question seems to be not completed. If your father has been coerced to make a will or sell the property to them because the broker has sold the property in the name of your father, without the signatures of your father or without the involvement of your father, how is that possible? if your father is the buyer, his signatures are required when anything is sold. also, did your father confess that he was involved in getting the property in his name from the broker? Also, if those properties are self acquired properties then you cannot make a claim on them. however your father can get an FIR filed or get the sale annulled on the ground that his consent was not free when he was coerced to make such agreements.
