You can file  second anticipatory  bail   application although second bail application is not maintainable if earlier was dismissed in merits by high court. But now police filed closure report in the case so ur second application is maintainable in view of change circumstances. Now supreme court recently held that if the police field closure report  then second bail application is maintainable  by reiterating that  the jail is exception and bail is right.
