Bail rejected for cyber crime case

Question

My brother is charged under U/s 67/67A IT Act U/s 354A/354D/500/506/509. He is in PC 3 days and JC for the last 30 days. Once bail was rejected in Bidhannagar on 12th May and then again rejected on 19th May in Barasat court. next date is 15th June in Barasat Court please let me know if there is a chance of getting bail on the future date. One lawyer has already submitted the petition for the 15th June date. Can another lawyer attend the trial without having wakalat nama signed? Please answer

    It is not advisable to keep filling for bail before the Trial Court rather after rejection from the Trial Court, it is usually advised that you approach the Hon’ble High Court on the basis of the custody and other relevant facts. It is further advisable to wait till the presentation of the Final Report by the police and framing of charges, whereafter chances of getting bail is higher even from the Trial Court.
