Benefit of filing Divorce petition before criminal cases are filed

Question

My wife left home and not returning back with no valid reasons. I have issued legal notice to restitute conjugal relationship but my wife replied with false averments. In this scenario what is the benefit of filing divorce petition even before criminal cases are filed.

    There is technically no benefit of filling a divorce case. File RCR in the court first, let her reply there. If she hasnt filed any false cases against you till now then its better to first get an order on RCR and then file divorce accordingly.
