Can I change my DOB after graduation?
Question
My dob certificate is of year 2000 but my Xth certificate has 1998 as date.

If you have other government documents supporting your claim, you can file a suit for declaration that your correct DOB is not the one mentioned in the school certificate. if that is allowed, the Board from whom the certificate was issued can be approached to change the dob.
