Can someone complain to the police or NCB with a photo me holding a joint under NDPS act for harassment purpose and can the authorized officials test me for use of the substance on basis of the complaint?

    No one can stop another person from not making a complaint using the photograph however if the police decides to take action on such photograph, then though the police can conduct the test to see if you have consumed it or not however if nothing is recovered from your possession then you may be taken in custody.
