Technically No because you have processed the transaction and if the transaction is successful after the OTP was entered, presumption is attached that the transaction was done by authorised person. Further, if you failed to raise the issue immediately as the transaction was wrongly done, the bonafide is not clear and hence chances of recovery of that money are bleak.
