Question

Me a partner in a firm, i was arrested in judicial custody for 90 days came on BAIL. Now Chargesheet not filed by police  team. My other two partner not reachable. Do not know how to proceed further.

    For proper advice, you need to inform the sections under which you have been booked by the police and taken in the judicial custody. Since now you are on Bail, you will have to cooperate in the investigation whenever required. The police will have to file a chargesheet and if your name is mentioned in Column no.2 then, you will be discharged however if the chargesheet implicates you in the Challan then you will have to appear before the Magistrate and get your bail extended.
