Claim of Property

Question

I had constructed a house with my own savings. I was the owner of that house. After some years, I had transferred the ownership of that house from me to my father. I’ve a sister. After my father’s death, can I claim the whole house or the house will be divided between me and my sister? If my father writes a will for that house, will that be valid?

    Since at present the house is in the name of the father so technically your sister can claim her share equal as yours from the self acquired properties of your father if your father doesnt write a Will for the same. However if a Will is made and registered then on the demise of your father, the Will shall take charge and the beneficiary of the Will, shall get the benefits as mentioned in the Will of the testator.
