You are required to send them a legal notice for return of your documents failing which you can file a criminal complaint for fraud against the company (citing the wrong and misleading information via email etc.)
Meanwhile you need to disclose the nature and the type of the company and if there are any bye-laws etc that are required. For a detailed discussion kindly contact the team at Instalegal via chat/consultation via call.
