I had not signed any company bond, and also follow the company norms of resignation, i’ll give a proper handover and did all the basic things also submitted the assets and served 2 months of notice period, they had not accepted my resignation & and said we won’t allow you to exit.

HR said if u want to leave you can go but we will not provide your documents like experience letter and reliving letter.

~ Served notice period from the date of resignation
~ Submitted Assets
~ Handover of project related things
