Company is terminating illegally without following T&C mentioned in Appointment letter

Hello Sir/Madam,

My company which is based in Chennai asking me to resign illegally without having followed T&C mentioned in appointment letter. Need your valuable suggestions and guidance. I have written HR head and CTO of the company as well but, no response. I have joined this company in Apr 2021 and since I have been working for its client. Now suddenly, on 15th May HR member called and asked me to resign.

I have asked him to terminate me showing valid reason but they are not responding since then.

    In such scenario, if they are not following the rules and regulations, they might as well withdraw your service from any project you have been working on. Keep evidence of entire work being done by you. If they are not responding, then its advisable to visit the office (assuming you are doing work from home). Further, if they stop paying salary without proper exit, you are advised to send a legal notice to the company demanding the salary as well as damages for the harassment being caused. the said notice is required to be sent through a registered advocate who can take up your case later on if required to be filed in the relevant court of law.
