Daughters Right on Tenant Property

Question

My father died intestate leaving a tenant property in his name. We are 3 married sisters and 2 brothers.
The property is going under redevelopment. My brothers with the help of the landlord & builder have made the property in their names by paying some amount. The have not taken a NOC from us i.e.other legal heirs.
Can we file a case against my brothers and claim a share in the property?

    Yes you can claim partition of the property which was in the name of your father and seek cancellation of the mutation entered illegally. A suit in the District Court through a civil lawyer would be required to be filed.
