Does an adopted child (in 1965 at the age of 5 in Andhra Pradesh with registered adoption deed) have rights in natural parents property (house property in Andhra Pradesh)

    The adopted son would loose the rights in the share of the biological father after a proper adoption has taken place. He would have right only in the property of the adopted parents. However there are certain exceptions which are provided but whether your case would fall in the exception or not can be determined from your detailed facts.
