Eligibility of married daughter on compassionate grounds

Question

I am the only daughter of my parents and seeking employment on compassionate grounds. My father had suffered a stroke while working and retired due to medical invalidation. My husband also has no source of income or property. Please advise me whether I am eligible.

    No you can seek employment on compassionate ground in place of your father as you have married so now you are not dependent on your father’s income.
