1.Employer send back resignation request on my last working day (54 days after resignation) without my consent and without any discussion with me. 2. Given Absconding email to me after handover all the company assets voluntary on the last working day as per my resignation and created mental harassment including my last month salary also in hold for Full and final settlement. 3. My gmail Id blocked in company server. Due to this I am unable to communicate with them for my last working day confirmation. 4. I have lost Salary and New opportunity with this. So, that I need good lawyer for suggestion and then will file a case with his support. Before proceeding with him need clear clarification.
