Employment Resignation

Question

Hi, am currently employed with Harjai Computers. They recently transferred me to a new client and due to some personal issues I had to resign. They have replied after 15 days saying my resignation is declined and I need to work with new client for 6 mnths and then dey will think about my resignation. Please advise. I need to leave the company anyhow.

    What are the terms and conditions of your employment? Without going through the same, proper advice cannot be given however it can be stated that in such situations, you will have to re-submit your resignation with the company citing your reasons. The Company cannot force you to work unless the agreement has a clause that you cannot leave any project in the middle.
