Ex-employer Not Treated Fairly in Settling My Full & Final Salary Amount
Question
My presence is marked online in the database of my Ex-employer for 19 Mar-22 also but they have paid me salary only upto 17 Mar-22. Also, they are not confirming the No. of days of salary paid, even upon asking from them by me through email. They have provided me with the experience certificate only till date 17 Mar-22 while my EPF statement shows the correct date of relieving i.e. 19 Mar-22.
What legal action can be taken by me against them?

You are advised to send a Legal Notice by stating that the technical/clerical mistake has crept in as the date of relieving is being shown wrongly. if they do not correct even after that a civil suit for declaration may be required to be filed for declaring that you were employed till 19th and the salary for the remaining days be paid to you with interest.
