Extension of the probation due to Malafide Intentions

Question

I am currently been employed as an officer in a Government Bank and serving my probation period. The period is about to be completed but my superior has extended the period owing to deceitful intentions. What are the legal options available for me?

    You have to see  terms and conditions  mentioned in your appointment letter issued by the authority . Whether is It mentioned in the terms and conditions of your appointment letter that probation period can be extended in any circumstances. If its not mentioned then they can’t extend the probation period. It  and if it is  mentioned  then you have to see under what circumstance they can extended the period.

    If there is no such clause then u can challenge  that order of extension probation  period  in the court / authority being illegal and against the terms and conditions.
