Facebook Accessing and Calls from unknown number

Question

I’ve my girlfriend mail ID from past 2 years when we were in relationship, two days back I tried to access Facebook through that but was not successful. I make here calls and messages from international numbers. If she makes an harassment cases or cyber crime cases what are consequences and way to get out

    The consequences would depend on the misuse that you are doing and if she has permitted such activity through her facebook account. If your girlfriend files a cyber complaint, you can even be arrested and tried under the provisions of Information Technology Act read with eligible offences under the Indian Penal Code.
