False domestic violence case on me guidance required regarding asset division. The court has recently asked about assets and liabilities from both parties. My question is, if I have joint bank accounts with my kids (in 1 I am primary acc holder and one secondary) (wife isn’t a joint holder in the above two cases), will the wife or the law have any right over these accounts considering if the wife wins case ? (The allegations on me are false). I’m wondering if I should invest some places or transfer the money on my kids name. Need to protect my kids future. Thank you in advance 🙏
