False notice by contractor without any agreement
Question
Contractor has sent legal notice through court without any agreement between house owner and contractor.
Contractor is asking my money without any agreement or service.

Kindly share the suit filed by the contractor so that the team at InstaLegal can assist you and give you the best possible advice. Even otherwise, if there is only an oral agreement then the contractor will have to prove the same before claiming any money through the court proceedings from you. on the other hand, if the contractor has filed some false contract along with the suit, you are advised to challenge the said agreement if forged via appropriate criminal proceedings.
