father died…. property to rented out… how to draft a rental agreement….
Question
father passed away, we have legal heir certificate. we want to rent the property in his name, so how we have to draft the rental agreement.

In the rental agreement, you will have to mention your father number stating it to be through the Legal Representative e.g. Naresh Jain through LR’s Kartik Jain, Kritika Jain, etc. But it is better to get the property mutated in the legal heirs name before getting into any rental agreement.
