Good evening sir/mam. Akshit sharma this side. I work in private limited company in Jaipur. 1.Here I work as machine worker except that work we are called to load the vehicle and never they pay extra for that work ( This is within our time period). 2. I took 5 days leave last month and they cut double salary.( Also,I already informed them before taking leave ) 3. Whenever we do overtime they pay the same amount as regular hours not double. Can they do all such things? If not. How can I take some action against this.

What things here are wrong with us and how can I take action against this.

Your payment of salary is governed by the terms and conditions of your employment agreement. if there is none, you can raise a labour dispute before the district under which your private organisation is registered.
