I have worked with a Pharma company for 5y1m and left resigning on spot. They very heavily tried to retain me. Even the MD spoke many times but I joined another company. Now I emailed for my gratuity and they replied saying, please submit NOC of all stockists to get full and final. Can they hold my gratuity for any such reason after accepting my resignation over e-mail? I understand that i may not get full and final because of no notice period served but can they delay or hold my gratuity? Please guide on recovering. I worked as a field force in Kolkata.
