I was separated 3 years back but dont know how to go ahead with filing a divorce petition.

Hi My wife filed 498a, 420 and dvc in her home town in Telangana. I filed divorce in the same court in Telangana. Me and my wife both work in Bengaluru we had a son so i filed custody petition for my son in Bengaluru Karnataka. What precautions need to take while mutual agreement, mutual divorce, compromise later for 420 498a ? Please suggest.

There are two ways of securing divorce, one is by way of filling a mutual divorce petition in the court if the husband and wife are consenting to separate ways on mutual settlement. The other way is to file a contested divorce since you both are living separate from past more than 2 years, it comes in the ground of desertion and on this ground the contested divorce petition can be filed in the court. for filling in the court through the lawyer, contact us through the whatsapp number.
