File a case of maintenance under section 18 HAMA as well as under Section 24 of HMA and Section 125 CrPC claiming maintenance. If the properties are self acquired properties of your father in law then your daughter doesn’t have any right in it. so even if the husband is disposing off the properties then in such case you cannot stop him. however if the properties are ancestral in nature, then you can make a prayer in section 18 HAMA application for creating charge over the property as a maintenance to you and your daughter.
