    You need to disclose more facts for a proper answer to your question. if you are seeking partition of the 90 acres pond out of which 2 acres belongs to you, then in that case you would have to file for partition. as per my understanding you will not be able to make a boundary of your 2 acres so in that case it is advisable to sell your share to the other persons having share in the 90 acres or induct any third party in your place by selling only your share from the entire pond.
