Hi there I need advise on something Today I met with an accident with a car. I was on bike which recieved minor damage and the car uncle got his bumper loose of maruti Swift . After 1 hour they told that I must pay 1000 RS to them as compensation. That uncle son was in traffic police and he told me to show my driving licence. He took pictures of it. Will there be any problem in future ?

    If you have paid and you have a receipt of payment of compensation to the car owner, there shouldnt be any troubles however if you receive any notice stating that you caused the accident and an FIR has been lodged, you would be required to defend accordingly that the negligent act was applicable on him as he was driving at a higher speed etc.
