How to claim possession of a share of land in mustrika (Joint land) buyed from a person back in 2010, the person had showed the different land at the time of registry but now he is giving diffrent land for possession which is not as valuable as the land shown earlier at the time of buying and is saying that he’s not bound to give same land and can give any land in mustrika according to law? My father had bought a land measuring 8.5 biswa from a joint land i.e mustrika land of person in 2010, after my father’s death in 2014 the land is now transferred on me and my mother’s name, but now the person is denying give the possession of same land and giving the land somewhere else on the same mustrika (joint land) which is not as valuable as the land shown earlier to my father at the time of registry (buying), so can i get the possession of same land back?
