How to know my father is my biological father/not?DNA test section pls
Question
I’m 37 yr old muslim family. We’re 4 brothers, I’m 3rd. Until now,I’ve taken complete family burden and cleared all the debts and maintenance to parents.But my 3 GOVT job brothers didn’t pay single penny. In 2022 my father registered my grand father earned property to my brothers and denied to give my share and many times he told “I don’t know whose son you’re.” My parents neither agreed nor denied that I’m their son for my legal notice. Please guide under which section I can go for DNA test.

File an application in the Magistrate court seeking DNA testing to determine the paternity so that the disposal of the properties can be challenged. before doing so, get an affidavit of your mother stating that you were born of their wedlock and is legitimate son.
