How to separate Legally from wife without having marriage certificate

Question

I married 9 months ago in ahmedabad, But i have NO marriage certificate. Now i and my wife decided to separate from each other. But Since i have no registered marriage, Please show me the way of Divorce ? please show me the way to separate from each other right now……..

    If you both want to separate from each other right now,  you both can decide to live separately  until you are permitted by law to file a divorce petition before the court on mutual consent.  There is a bar of 1 year before the divorce petition on mutual grounds can be filed i.e.you can file after 1 year of marriage. This process is required to be followed irrespective whether the marriage is registered or not.
