I got a rape threat and the guy whose names is mentioned is innocent

I found a chit in my bag in Sunday 02 APR which is basily a rape threat and in the end their a guy’s name whom i don’t think he can do this. I suspect some people . Pls tell me if i complaint this officially what and how will they investigate cause that guy is getting trapped for no reason. And I’m scared pls suggest us what we can do we want to know the law

If you make a complaint, the guy whose name is written may not get into trouble if the police agrees to get the handwriting on the note matched to the handwriting of the person name written on it through FSL however that would not be a conclusive proof that he did not conspire to write that note (it may be a prank as well). the police can frame the person named on the basis of common intention for committing rape even if he has not written it.
