I have been married for 3 years but recently got involved with 2 other women. My wife doesn’t know about them but if she finds out, can she file a case of domestic abuse against me, citing emotional torture?

    Adultery is a ground for Divorce, she can not only claim domestic abuse but also mental cruelty and adultery against you and file a domestic violence as well as divorce case. So it is advisable to tread accordingly.
